What the guarantee covers
The guarantee is simple, and these are the real terms:
- Failure-to-fire is covered. If a round does not fire when the primer is struck in a firearm that is in good working order, that round is covered.
- We make it right with a full box or a credit. A qualifying failure gets you a replacement 50-round box, or an account credit of equal value.
- It is a lifetime guarantee. There is no expiration and no time limit. Your AngelFire ammunition stays covered for as long as you own it.
- Coverage is per incident, not per round. If more than one round from the same batch misfires, that is one replacement box or credit, not one for every round.
- Failure-to-feed is looked at case by case. Feeding and cycling problems often trace back to the firearm, the magazine, or the setup rather than the ammunition, so we review those individually.
What is the 5000% Brass-Clad Performance Guarantee?
It is our performance guarantee that AngelFire ammunition will fire. If an AngelFire round fails to fire, we replace the 50-round box it came from or credit your account for the equivalent. It covers all of our ammunition, remanufactured, new-brass, and blemished alike.
Why do you call it a 5000% guarantee?
Because of what you get back for one bad round. If a single round in a 50-round box fails to fire, we replace the entire box. Fifty rounds returned for one that did not go bang works out to 5000% of that round. It is our way of saying we would rather over-cover you than argue over a single cartridge.
Why can AngelFire stand behind every round when a lot of makers won't?
Because of how the ammo is built. Every finished round is hand-inspected and chamber-checked under magnified, lighted conditions before it is packaged. Not a sample of the batch. Every round. When you check each cartridge one at a time, you can afford to guarantee it.
What counts as a failure-to-fire?
A failure-to-fire is a round that does not fire when its primer is properly struck by a firearm that is in good working order, sometimes called a dud or a misfire. That is different from a round that will not chamber or cycle, which is usually a feeding issue rather than a problem with the round itself.
Does the guarantee cover failure-to-feed or cycling problems?
Those are handled case by case. Feeding and cycling issues frequently come from the firearm, the magazine, or how a setup is tuned rather than from the ammunition, so we look at them individually instead of covering them automatically under the failure-to-fire guarantee.
Is this a refund or a return policy?
No. All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. The 5000% Brass-Clad Performance Guarantee is a performance warranty, not a return, and it is satisfied with a replacement box or an account credit rather than money back.
Does the guarantee apply to remanufactured and blemished ammo?
Yes. It covers every kind of AngelFire ammunition. Remanufactured, new-brass, and blemished rounds all carry the same 5000% Brass-Clad Performance Guarantee, because all of it is built and inspected to the same standard.
Does the guarantee ever expire?
No. The 5000% Brass-Clad Performance Guarantee is a lifetime guarantee. There is no expiration and no time limit, so your AngelFire ammunition stays covered for as long as you own it.
