How AngelFire ammo is made
Every round is made on commercial ammunition equipment - the same class of machinery that makes new ammo - not by hand at a bench. The path each case takes:
- Sort & clean - once-fired brass is sorted, washed, and dried on industrial equipment.
- Process - each case is decapped, pressure-checked, swaged, resized, and reamed.
- Load - a fresh primer is seated, powder is dropped and checked, a bullet is seated, and the round gets a final check and crimp, with automated checks built in at multiple stations.
- Inspect every round - then the part most ammo never gets: every single round is hand-inspected and chamber-checked under magnified, lighted conditions. Not a sample. Every round.

Does remanufactured ammo perform as well as new ammo?
