We do our very best to ensure that every single round that comes out of our shop meets our exacting standard. If you feel that we've not achieved that goal, please read the following and fill out the form below. 

Please know that we will need some form of documentation (typically photos) to begin processing any claim and, depending on the nature of the claim, we may request that the round(s) in question be returned to AngelFire for inspection.

Though we do not intend to belittle anyone or appear as though we are attempting to shift responsibility, we would be failing in our due diligence if we did not ask that you confirm the following, before you submit a claim.

  1. The firearm you were using was clean and well-maintained. - Quite literally, over 90% of all ammunition malfunctions that are reported have been resolved with a simple cleaning and a little oil.
  2. All parts are in good working order - A significant portion of the issues not resolved with a cleaning, are caused by a worn or broken spring or a worn firing pin.
  3. If possible, confirm that your firearm functions properly with another brand of ammo. - While we're thrilled that you are using AngelFire, sometimes ammo issues can be ruled out if the firearm experiences a similar issue with another ammo.
