When will my order ship?
Typically, if your order is placed by noon (Central), it will ship the same day. If your order is placed after noon (Central), it will likely ship the next business day.
Be assured that every order is being shipped in the order we received it, and we do our very best to get every order out the door as quickly as possible.
What shipping services do you use?
By law, ammunition is only permitted to ship via to ship via regular ground services.
With that, AngelFire only ships ammunition via UPS Ground (with and without signature required), FedEx Ground, FedEx Home delivery, and LTL Freight.
Orders that do not contain ammunition may ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Can ammunition be shipped directly to my door?
With the exceptions listed HERE, AngelFire Ammo can ship to most residential addresses in the 48 contiguous US states.
How do I submit my FID/FOID/FFL/etc. documentation, if I am shipping ammunition to a state that requires it?

Unfortunately, not. Sorry.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ground shipments to most parts of the country arrive within three days.
Please keep in mind that, once the package is shipped, transit times are entirely dependent on the carrier.
How can I avoid having my packages stolen after delivery?
The only way to guarantee successful receipt of your order is to choose the "UPS® Adult Signature Required" option (for which UPS assesses an additional $5.55 charge) during checkout.
If you do not choose this option at checkout, AngelFire Ammo will not be responsible for replacing the shipment unless a police report has been filed.
What can I do if my shipment doesn't arrive or was stolen?
You can file a claim with the carrier. But if their records indicate that they successfully delivered the shipment, they will reject the claim, and you will need to file a police report.
If you filed a police report and provided a copy of that report to AngelFire Ammo, we will replace your order.
Why doesn't AngelFire Ammo offer free shipping?

We'd rather you spend as little of your hard-earned money as possible.

UPS and FedEx are going to be paid for their shipping services no matter what. So, someone is paying for it.
If we pay for it, that means we must charge more for our product to make sure we cover that cost.
The first and most obvious concern is the fact that a unilateral price, though favorable to those who would normally experience the highest shipping rates (particularly those in the far corners of the US), it has the potential to be dramatically unfair for most customers who do not.
But there's a far more important reason:
The US Government imposes an 11% excise tax on ammunition manufacturers above and beyond the taxes levied against most other businesses in America, and that tax is calculated based on the selling price of any ammunition product
If we included the cost of shipping your order by raising the price of the ammo to cover shipping costs, we would end up increasing our tax liability and unnecessarily paying more to the government.
For example - If the cost to ship your order is $20, we would need to roll $22.20 ($20 + 11%) into the price of the item to cover not only the shipping cost, but also the unnecessarily assessed excise tax.
And once we add that additional $2.20 to cover the excise tax, we become responsible to pay 11% of the $2.20 we just added ($0.24) as well, then 11% of $0.24 ($0.3).
The product that would have cost $20 to ship, now costs $22.47 to ship. And all that extra money goes directly to the government to waste as they see fit.
If we charge the shipping separately, we pay the excise tax only on the selling price of the product, allowing us to pay less to Uncle Sam and you to pay less for your ammo.

What's the difference between Reloaded and Remanufactured Ammunition?
Shooters frequently encounter the term 'remanufactured ammunition' and may mistakenly associate it with 'reloaded ammunition.' While these two ammunition types share similarities in their use of previously fired brass that has been reprocessed, it's crucial to understand that they are not synonymous, and these terms cannot be used interchangeably.
Reloaded ammunition is typically crafted by individual firearm owners who obtain used brass casings and reload them using their personal equipment and components. The quality of reloaded ammunition can vary significantly depending on the expertise of the person performing the reloading and the quality of the components used. Why doesn't AngelFire Ammo offer 50-Round Boxes?
Even with our aggressive rates, there aren't many very many people who want to pay UPS and FedEx minimum rates to ship a 50-round box of ammo.
Our 250-round form factor (or 100 in the case of some of the larger calibers) is the smallest form factor for which paying the carrier minimum rate makes sense for the buyer.
Does AngelFire Ammo offer [insert caliber here]?
If you do not see the caliber on our website, we don't... at least not yet.
We always announce new calibers via our email newsletter and social media accounts whenever they're added to our line.
Does AngelFire Ammo offer Military & First Responders Discounts?
AngelFire extends a 14% discount to all Military (Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, Vets, and yes... even Space Force) and First Responders.

I had an issue with my ammo. What can I do?
This may come as a shock to some. But we don't want AngelFire Ammo customers to be "satisfied."
As far as we're concerned, if our customers are merely satisfied, that just means that we didn't fail them. But we also didn't wow or impress them, either. And they certainly wouldn't consider themselves to be fans or family.
But that's what we want. Fans. Family.
With that in mind, AngelFire is proud to offer its industry-leading 5000% Brass-Clad Performance Guarantee™.
Explained in the simplest terms possible, AngelFire ammunition is guaranteed to go "BANG!" every time you pull the trigger. If you have a failure-to-fire while using AngelFire ammunition, we'll make it right by sending you a whole new 50-round box or issuing you an account credit equal to the value of a 50-round box.
A couple of caveats, however:
1) Because there are many firearms-related issues that could cause a "failure to feed" it's possible that a failure to feed issue may not be covered by the guarantee.
2) This guarantee is on a per-incident basis, not a per-round basis. If you were to experience more than one misfire out of a box/case of AngelFire Ammo, you will not receive a 50-round box for each round that failed to fire. You will receive either a box of 50 or an equivalent credit.
