What is an AutoShip subscription?
An AutoShip subscription allows you to receive our products on a recurring basis—automatically and without needing to reorder manually. You select your preferred delivery frequency, and we take care of the rest.

How do I subscribe to a product?
Just choose your desired product, select an AutoShip frequency, and add it to your cart. Our standard options include:
- Monthly
- Every two months
- Every three months
You'll complete checkout like any other purchase.
How can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your AutoShip subscription from your account dashboard. There, you'll be able to:
- Change your delivery schedule
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Update your shipping address or product selection
Will I be notified before an AutoShip subscription order is processed?
Yes. You’ll receive an email notification before each recurring order is processed, giving you time to make any necessary changes.
What happens if there’s a problem with my subscription order?
If there’s an issue with your subscription—such as expired payment information or inventory constraints—we’ll notify you by email so you can address the problem before the next order cycle.
Can I change the items in my subscription?
Yes. You can update which products are included in your subscription at any time through your account. Changes will apply to the next scheduled order.
Do I get the same promotions and deals as everyone else?
The short answer is, YES. If your subscription order dates falls during a promotion (whether it's a percent-off or free shipping), you'll get it just like everyone else. If you want to take advantage of an active promo that falls outside of your subscriptioon renewal date... just tell your subscription to ship your next order now,
What happens if an item in my subscription is out of stock?
If a subscription item is out of stock at the time of your scheduled order:
- The system will automatically attempt to place the order once per day for five days.
- If the item remains unavailable, the order will be canceled on the sixth day.
- Your next subscription order will proceed on your regular schedule—no further attempts will be made until then.
Can I subscribe more frequently than monthly?
Yes. While our default frequencies begin at monthly, customers looking for more frequent deliveries can create multiple, offsetting monthly subscriptions. For example:
- Weekly Delivery: Create 4 separate subscriptions, each set to monthly, staggered across different weeks of the month
- Every Two Weeks: Create 2 monthly subscriptions, each placed two weeks apart. This allows full flexibility without requiring custom scheduling.
What is your refund policy for subscription orders?
All ammunition sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on ammunition for any type of order, to include subscription orders—please ensure your subscription is kept up to date to avoid unexpected charges or unwanted shipments.
